If you’re sending a cutting or sewing machine in for repair via UPS or freight carrier, the following information must accompany the machine: 1) a note stating the problem(s) or any other specific maintenance required, and 2) a contact name with phone number. Additionally, please advise how the machine is to be returned. If shipment is required, enclose a return street address and to whose attention the machine should come. (NOTE: All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.)

If not otherwise stated in your note, all machines in for repair will be completely overhauled to our company standards.
