The Expandable Spreader is conducive to spreading multiple layers of various width materials using one system. The maneuverable spreader adjusts one-way or face-to-face spreading. Ideal for smaller shops with cloth rolls less than 150 lbs (68 kg) or as an emergency machine for cutting rooms with motorized spreaders. The manual edge control and lifters guide the material as the operator spreads it along the cutting table.

Eastman’s top-of-the-line manual spreader, the Pacemaker, can be utilized efficiently and with ease for face-up and face-to-face spreading.
This lightweight, economical machine combines strength and reliability to increase the productivity of your spreading operations.
The Pacemaker is equipped with end catchers, which automatically fold and clamp the fabric at each end of the spread.

Turntable

The Turntable is a lightweight easy-to-use spreader. When positioned at the end of a cutting table, the material is manually spread across the table. The maneuverable spreader adjusts for face-up-one way, face-to-face-nap-one-way and face-to-face spreading. To improve efficiency when spreading face-up-one way, a guided Long-Handled Chickadee rotary shear (not attached) can be added to end cut each ply with perfect accuracy.
