Auto Track Falcon II

Eastman’s Auto Track Falcon II offers automatic traversing of the cutting head and an automatic lift feature.
Both features enhance cycle time and throughput in comparison to manually-operated models.
The remote control enables the operator to activate the Auto Track Falcon’s cutting cycle as soon as the operator is finished pulling the ply down the table.

Blue Jay Spread - End Cutting System

The Blue Jay is available as a stand-alone end cutting unit or with an optional Pull-Off for even faster cutting production and improved accuracy. The system requires only one operator to spread and cut material with the simple press of a button.
The Pull-Off, a moveable pneumatic clamp, grabs the ply to be spread and pulls it down the table to the desired length.
The cutting attachment, a powerful 5 inch (12.7cm) round knife, automatically drives across the width of the fabric in a guided track for repeated, perfectly straight-line cutting.
For added panel cutting features, Eastman’s 548BK round knife slitters, can be added to the Blue Jay End Cutting System for cutting in both horizontal and vertical directions.
A more robust Heavy-Duty Blue Jay is available for tougher materials, such as fiberglass.

Eastman’s Falcon Air has superior balance and a specially designed Falcon track with air power to decrease heat build-up during cutting.
End cutters provide the means to increase speed, efficiency and accuracy in your end cutting operation.
The Falcon Air is perfect for end cutting fusible materials such as heavy rubber and plastic sheeting or for cutting in wet environments where electricity is not applicable.

The superior balance and specially designed track of Eastman’s Falcon IV machine allows the knife to glide effortlessly for perfectly straight line end cuts.
The machine is also available with a push handle; a dual push/pull handle for extremely wide cuts requiring more than one operator; and a swivel handle for limited space applications.

Heavy Duty Falcon End Cutter

Featuring Eastman’s Heavy-Duty 548 Cardinal Round Knife, mounted on a skate and bearing system and inside a track, it is the ideal solution for difficult to cut materials, or materials that generate debris when being processed. A fantastic solution for straight cuts of insulation!
It can be attached to any type of cutting table with an easy-to-use clamping bracket.
The Heavy Duty Falcon has a “Quick-lift” lifting device allowing for manual spreading and cutting of goods such as heavy woolens, canvas and most industrial fabrics.
Features:
- The 548 Falcon has a cutting capacity of 1 inches (2.54cm).
- Cutting of wide material with wide table options (up to 144in. wide / 3.66m wide), with a long handle option or a push/pull handle option for extremely wide cuts needing more than one operator
